Make your next party "naturally" unforgettable!  Discovery Forest Treehouse offers a magical location in the arms of an overcup oak tree, or guests can enjoy dancing down the boardwalk to Paddler's Perch, an elevated cabin overlooking historic Lookout Creek.  Enjoy wildlife watching on the boardwalk which winds through a seasonal wetland. 

Pricing:

• Auditorium/Back Porch
  $125 for first hour during regular operating hours, $25/each additional hour
  $165 for first hour after regular operating hours, $25/each additional hour
  Capacity: 75
  
• Discovery Forest Treehouse
  $400 for 5 hours, $65/each additional hour ($60 deposit required when date is set on our calander, remainder due on day of event)
  Capacity: 50
  
• Paddler's Perch
  $500 for 5 hours, $100/each additional hour ($75 deposit required when date is set on our calander, remainder due on day of event)
  $150 maintenance fee, if power hookups are needed
  Capacity: 75

Included in Facility Rental:

• 75 chairs
• 8 six-foot tables
• Kitchen/ restrooms at Visitor Center
• 2 garden carts for equipment transport
• 2 trash cans, excess garbage should be taken with you
• Recycling containers for all recyclable items

Guidelines:

• Pets are not allowed on the premises.
• No tiki torches or candles allowed.
• No balloons.
• Please make the best effort to "leave no trace."
• A staff member will be available to direct particpants as to the set up and location of party equipment.  Our staff will not set up tables or chairs, decorate, or baby-sit.
