Events Support our Mission.

Reflection Riding's 300 acre campus is a natural spot for your event, meeting or wedding. We have scenic views, great indoor and outdoor spaces, and you’ll be supporting our important mission. From meetings to corporate retreats to birthday parties and laid-back weddings, our team looks forward to working with you!

Our Meeting, Event, and Rental Spaces:

  • The Education Room in the Welcome Center can accommodate up to 60 people and is good for meetings and parties. This room is indoors and has outlets, lighting, heat, and air. Rental price includes folding tables, folding chairs, and trash service.

  • Our Nature Playscape is a set of four pods between our main parking area and the Kiddie Trail parking area.  Each pod can accommodate up to 30 people and is great for children’s birthday parties. Folding tables and trash service are available at an additional fee.

  • Our Event Field is located near the Welcome Center and can accommodate up to 300 people for outdoor events. This outdoor space features stunning views of Lookout Mountain and is one of our most scenic locations on the property. Due to parking lot limitations, events with over 60 people require renting the Candy Flats Pasture for parking at an additional fee. You must provide your own tables, chairs, and trash service at this location.

  • The full Welcome Center can accommodate up to 120 people and is great for meetings, parties, and business retreats. Indoor rooms have outlets, lighting, heating, and air conditioning. Rental price includes folding tables, folding chairs, and trash service.

Sustainability Guidelines for Campus Events

We are committed to reducing waste across our campus and ask all event hosts and vendors to support these efforts. If you’re planning an event at Reflection Riding, please note:

  • Single-use decorations are not permitted on campus (i.e., balloons, confetti, etc)

  • Single-use plastic, styrofoam, and non-compostable paper products are not allowed

  • Certified compostable (CMA, BPI, or TUV) or reusable products must be used for food and beverage service

  • All vendors are expected to follow Reflection Riding’s waste guidelines, including careful sorting of wastestreams (compost, recycling, and landfill)

These practices are an important part of how we care for this place and reduce our environmental impact. For full guidelines, including approved materials and vendor requirements, please review our reduced-waste policy here.
